Laboratory Service

In the chemical laboratory, the analytical monitoring of the process sequences of all parts of the plant is carried out as well as the checks on the incoming raw materials and auxiliary materials and products. In this case, it is possible by means of the use of the most modern analytical methods (atomic absorption spectroscopy, X-ray fluorescence analysis and 18812 emission spectroscopy) even the smallest traces of elements can be analytically detected with certainty.

Moreover, in the laboratory, the collection and archiving of the reference samples of incoming and outgoing substances is carried out. Ensuring the analysis quality is achieved by certification according to DIN EN 9001:2000 as well as by regular participation in inter-laboratory tests.

Further tasks of the laboratory are the support for the plant analysis department and theelaboration of new analysis regulations.
